Amanda began her journey working in healthcare by taking a lead role as a Personal Care Provider for a deeply ill relative in 2012. As time went by, Amanda developed a strong interest in healthcare, a deep passion for helping others, and a sense of fulfillment knowing she’s improving someone else’s quality of life. Amanda later moved to Alaska, where she attended the University of Alaska and worked part-time in Urgent Care. Within her new work environment, Amanda acquired several valuable skills, including healthcare billing, administration, and patient care.
A few years later, she received a call from a well renowned medical facility in Anchorage, Alaska, offering her a full-time position as a Patient Service Representative. Amanda gladly accepted the new position, and quickly excelled into a managerial role.
After several years of living cross country, Amanda decided it was time to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to her family. In 2017, she was recruited by Dr. Jared Drummond and began working as a Patient Care Coordinator at Affordable Audiology. Amanda enjoys providing care to the hearing impaired and is pleased to put her newly acquired skills and knowledge to use, while making a difference in each patient’s life.
When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, TJ, and chasing after their two boys, Gannon and Camden. She likes baking, watching movies, and cheering on those Packers. Go Pack Go!
