Message from Our Doctor of Audiology

“Hello Winnebago and Fond du Lac County! I’m Dr. Jared M. Drummond, owner of Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service. At Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service, we sell more than just hearing aids – we sell better hearing for LIFE. Treatment for hearing loss is less dependent on buying the “right” hearing aid, and more dependent on your provider’s level of education and training.

Did you know? Not all hearing aids are the same, and not all providers have the same background & training – that’s where we’re different! Our office is staffed with a Board-Certified Audiologist and certified Audiology Assistants at your disposal. Finding the right provider and the right support team is often the “secret ingredient” to better hearing and long-term satisfaction with hearing aids.

Dr. Jared M. Drummond, Au.D.

Owner | Audiologist

Dr. Drummond is a Board-Certified Audiologist serving Oshkosh and Fond du Lac. He brings to Affordable Audiology an extensive background in hearing assessment, rehabilitation, and diagnostics. Dr. Drummond holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and a doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin.

Following his academic studies, Dr. Drummond completed a year-long clinical externship in audiology at Marshfield Clinic – Rice Lake Center (Rice Lake, WI). Dr. Drummond has gained significant experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing loss while working in clinics, hospitals, and Ear, Nose & Throat practices across the state of Wisconsin.

Dr. Drummond is committed to helping his patients reach their fullest hearing potential and promotes hearing health and wellness for all. Dr. Drummond enjoys working closely with his patients to fully evaluate their hearing health, offers education and counseling on hearing-related disturbances, and provides patient-centered care for all types of hearing difficulties. Dr. Drummond also has a strong interest in tinnitus management and provides expert care in helping his patients achieve relief from “ringing” in their ears. He is currently accepting new patients.

Meet April S.

Audiology Assistant

April joined the Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service team in August 2023 and serves as an Audiology Assistant at our Oshkosh office.

With a background in healthcare that includes prior experience in skilled nursing facilities, her passion for helping others and commitment to exceptional patient care made hearing healthcare a natural fit. April deeply understands the important connection between better hearing and overall quality of life and is dedicated to helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey.

April takes great pride in her role as an Audiology Assistant and strives to ensure that every patient who visits Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service receives attentive, compassionate care, and an exceptional experience.

Outside of the office, April enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their four children. Her family loves the outdoors and can often be found hiking, canoeing, and swimming during Wisconsin’s warmer months. April is also a Level 3 Krav Maga student and enjoys sharing her passion for fitness by instructing strength and conditioning classes at her local gym.

Meet Bryana R.

Audiology Assistant

Bryana joined the Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service team in March 2026 and serves as an Audiology Assistant at our Fond du Lac office.

With a background in healthcare and training as a Medical Assistant, Bryana brings valuable clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient care. Prior to joining our team, she worked with patients in outpatient healthcare settings, including chiropractic and dermatology practices. She is excited to bring her medical experience to the field of hearing healthcare, where she enjoys working closely with patients and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey.

Bryana takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized care and enjoys building relationships with the patients and families she meets each day.

Outside of the office, Bryana enjoys spending time with her daughter, Zahava, and cheering her on at soccer games. She also loves traveling, with Aruba being one of her favorite destinations. In her free time, you might find her off-roading on an ATV, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks—especially her favorite player, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Meet Elyse G.

Clinic Manager

Elyse joined Affordable Audiology & Hearing Service in March 2021 and has worked in the field of audiology since 2019. As Clinic Manager for our Oshkosh and Fond du Lac offices, she combines hands-on clinical experience with a strong background in healthcare administration, leadership, and practice operations.

Before transitioning into clinic management, Elyse worked as an Audiology Assistant, giving her firsthand experience supporting patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey. She earned her Audiology Assistant Certification in July 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. Her clinical background and administrative expertise provide her with a well-rounded perspective, as she ensures both offices operate efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Elyse is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. She takes pride in supporting our audiology team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and helping individuals achieve their hearing healthcare goals. She understands the important role better hearing can play in overall quality of life and remains committed to supporting patients throughout every stage of their hearing healthcare journey.

Outside of the office, Elyse enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Brenden, and their dog, Zoomer. Together, they enjoy camping, fishing, and kayaking. Elyse also loves gardening, helping on the family farm, and listening to a wide variety of music. Originally from the Twin Cities area, she is also a devoted Green Bay Packers fan and can always be counted on to cheer for the Green and Gold!

Before your first visit, Affordable Audiology verifies your coverage to help you maximize any applicable hearing aid benefits. We’re proud to be one of the few Fox Valley practices that also assists with insurance verification, filing requirements, and claim submission on your behalf.
